Prior to assembly, remove components from the box and verify that all the listed parts  
were supplied.

Before using this unit or starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is  
especially important for persons over the age of 35 and/or persons with pre-existing

SAFETY PRECATIONS  
¡ ñ This Power System unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for  
indoor use only. Keys Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the  
unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning.  
¡ ñ Wear comfortable, good-quality walking or running shoes and appropriate clothing.  
Do not use this unit with bare feet, sandals, socks or stockings!  
¡ ñ Always examine your unit before using to ensure all parts are in working order.  
¡ ñ Do not leave children unsupervised near or on the unit.  
¡ ñService to your Power System unit should only be performed by an authorized serv-  
ice representative, unless authorized and/or instructed by a Keys Fitness techni-  
cian. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.

ASSEMBLY  
NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.  
STEP 1  
Connect Foot Plate Support (4) to Main Frame (1) using:

(25) Washer  
(34) Nylon Lock Nut  
Attach Foot Plate (5) to Foot Plate Support (4) using:

(9) Foot Plate Shaft  
(33) Screws

ASSEMBLY  
NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled.  
R E M E M B E R :  
The LP1 Leg Press must  
attach to your home gym  
on the weight stack side  
of the machine.  
STEP 2  
Connect Cross Base (6) to Main Frame (1) using:  
2 x (27) Bolt  
4 x (24) Washer  
2 x (35) Nylon Lock Nut  
1 x (21) Plate  
Connect Cross Base (6) to Home Gym using:  
2 x (28) Bolt  
4 x (24) Washer  
2 x (35) Nylon Lock Nut  
Attach Right and Left Handle Bars (2,3) to Main Frame (1) using:  
2 x (27) Bolt  
4 x (24) Washer  
2 x (35) Nylon Lock Nut
